One project · one timeline

We don't sell these as separate services. Every project includes all six disciplines, delivered by one senior team under a single price cap — typically within 1–2 weeks from brief to final master.

The sections below detail the craft inside each discipline — what we do, how we do it, and what ships with every final cut.

Video Editing
01

Video Editing

Structure, rhythm, and pacing that serve your story.

The edit is where a project decides what it is. We build the piece from the ground up — assembly, fine cut, review — with senior editors from the first frame.

Every cut starts with a written brief and ends with a defensible argument. We do not hand assembly to juniors. You get a first draft that was structured, not stitched together.

Projects are single-threaded: one senior editor, one producer, one brand lead. The piece does not get bounced through a pool of anonymous assistants — it gets built by people who have the story in their head.

What's included

  • Scripted & unscripted story construction
  • Pacing and rhythm passes with frame-accurate trims
  • Dialogue cleanup, J/L cuts, and ADR sync
  • Multicam synchronization and continuity review
  • Director's-cut support with frame-annotated review links
  • Revision rounds tracked against your locked brief

Color Grading
02

Color Grading

Consistent tone across every deliverable.

Color is a brand surface, not a finishing step. We lock a reference grade during onboarding — every project after that inherits it with intent.

Our colorists work from a written doctrine: palette, LUTs, signature curves, and a skin-first discipline that survives platform compression.

Every grade is reviewed on a calibrated reference monitor and re-tested on a phone in daylight. What ships looks the same on both.

What's included

  • Primary and secondary grading
  • Shot-matched balance across scenes
  • Skin-tone discipline and key-color protection
  • Custom LUT creation locked to your brand
  • HDR, Rec.709 and SDR masters
  • Platform-specific compression testing

Sound Design & Mix
03

Sound Design & Mix

Clean audio that lets the moment land.

Dialogue, ambience, score, and SFX — balanced to broadcast standards and designed so the viewer never thinks about the mix.

Every mix starts with a dialogue pass. Clean speech is non-negotiable. From there we build the room, lay score, and design SFX that serve the edit — not the other way around.

Loudness is delivered to the spec you need: −16 LUFS for web, −24 LUFS for broadcast, Dolby Atmos on request.

What's included

  • Dialogue cleanup and de-noise (iZotope RX)
  • Ambience design and foley replacement
  • Custom SFX for transitions and impacts
  • Score integration and stems preparation
  • Final mix at broadcast or web loudness spec
  • M&E stems for localized versions

Motion Graphics & VFX
04

Motion Graphics & VFX

Graphics that feel part of the piece — not added on top.

Titles, lower thirds, data viz, compositing, and logo work. Every element is designed to survive the grade and the compression.

Graphics are built in the same visual language as the grade. Typography is drawn in-studio or licensed; animation curves match the rhythm of the cut.

On VFX passes we handle rotoscoping, sky replacement, object removal, and 2.5D compositing. When a shot needs to disappear from the conversation, it disappears.

What's included

  • Custom title sequences and lower thirds
  • Logo animation locked to brand mark
  • 2D compositing and rotoscoping
  • Sky replacement and object removal
  • Data visualization and motion infographics
  • Transitions designed for the edit, not dropped-in

Subtitling & Localization
05

Subtitling & Localization

Reach every audience, accurately.

Closed captions, open subs, and multi-language delivery — timed, QC'd, and formatted for every platform you ship to.

We write captions with care, not with auto-generated guesswork. Every file is human-reviewed for timing, line breaks, and reading speed.

For localization, native speakers translate and re-time; we never machine-translate a brand moment.

What's included

  • SDH closed captions (CEA-608, CEA-708)
  • Open subtitles in multiple languages
  • Reading-speed and line-break QC
  • Platform-native formats (SRT, VTT, TTML, STL)
  • Burned-in social cuts with stylized typography
  • Native-speaker translation for major languages

Deliverables & Finishing

Ready to publish, every format, every platform.

Broadcast masters, social cuts, streaming-ready files, DCP — every output QC'd before it leaves the studio.

Every file is QC'd against platform specs before upload. You get what they asked for — the first time.

What's included

  • Broadcast masters (ProRes 422 HQ, XDCAM)
  • Streaming deliverables (H.264, H.265, IMF)
  • DCP for theatrical releases
  • Social cuts in every aspect ratio
  • Naming conventions mapped to your pipeline
  • Platform QC against spec sheets
